A room you build yourself. And come back to.

See how MINDWAKE is built from the inside. You pick the sounds, place them around you, set volume, height, life and softness, then train attention in ATT or rest in RELAX.

A room you build yourself. And come back to.

Most apps hand you a recording to listen to. MINDWAKE gives you a field to stand inside. Every sound has a direction, a distance and a height, and you decide all of it.

Wake the sounds you want around you.

Open a branch, tap a sound and it wakes into your active layers. Tap it again to send it back. The list below is the live library from the app, so it grows as we add sounds.

Start with three sounds if you are new. There is room for more when you want a denser field, and the library keeps growing.

You stand in the middle. The sounds arrange themselves around you.

Drag a sound and it moves through the field. The rings show distance, the arrows show direction. Attention that has to travel needs somewhere to travel, and a direction does more to the brain than a change of track.

Tap a sound to open its controls. Volume sets how much space the sound takes in the mix. Position sets where it stands. Height decides whether it sits below you, at ear level or above. Life controls how much the sound moves on its own, and softness rounds off the top so the field stays wearable for a long session.

Drag a marker. The field answers instantly.

Sound sorted like reality, not like a playlist.

The branches come straight from the app. The nervous system recognises them before you have decided what you are hearing.

The great movements around you. Rain, wind, waves, thunder.

Biological presence moving freely. Birds, forest, breath in a room.

Close contact with reality. Steps, wood, fabric, embers.

Tones that reach the inner room. Voice, string, resonance.

Energy moving beneath perception. Fields, pulse, undertones.

Ambience carries the whole field. It never becomes an object in the phases and it does not take one of your sound slots.

Three phases in the same field.

The protocol comes from Attention Training Technique. The voice leads, the field responds, and you do the work with your attention.

Signal

Stability

Stay with one sound

A signal moves the focus sound every twenty seconds. Everything else keeps going around you, and the task is to stay with the sound you were given.

Focus sound changes every 20 seconds

Flexibility

Quick focus shift

Now the signal comes every seven seconds. Move your attention when you hear it, without staying stuck in the sound you just left.

Focus sound changes every 7 seconds

Wholeness

Hear everything at once

No part of the field is allowed to take over. You hold the whole room without picking anything out.

No shifts. The whole field at once.

What this trains while you listen

Selective attention

Staying with one object while other things continue.

Flexible shifting

Moving focus deliberately when the signal arrives.

Divided attention

Carrying several streams at the same time.

Metacognitive awareness

Noticing where your attention actually is.

{{s}}s

The same field, without performance.

RELAX is recovery. Listen as it is, or add a breathing pattern. Switch pattern inside the session and the guide changes both rhythm and shape. The box walks four equal sides, the circle breathes with in, hold and out.

The backdrop keeps moving slowly through the whole session, and the session ends itself when the time is up.

Wave

Box

Coherent

Long exhale

A long hold and a long exhale. Drops the tempo clearly, often in the evening.

A gentle wave with short pauses at both ends. A good first breath.

Four equal sides. The box makes the rhythm visible and easy to follow when thoughts run.

Six seconds in, six seconds out, no pauses. Even and easy to hold for a long time.

The exhale is twice the inhale. Releases tension in the body.

Build as many rooms as you want.

One for the morning. One for evenings that will not let go. One you only step into when something has to be written.

Pick the sounds

From the branches, as many or as few as you want.

Place them

Direction, distance and height on the map.

Set them

Volume, life and softness for every sound.

Name and save

The field stays exactly as you left it.

Return

A room you recognise is a shortcut back.

You choose the length yourself. No program is locked to ten minutes.

It does not measure how well you did.

Before and after each session you do a short check-in. The difference is your lift, and over time the direction shows more than any single day.

In the sound

The distribution is not a grade. Noticing where you are and being able to bring yourself back is the entire point.

Average lift per session

Attention changes when it is shared.

Share a room

A field you built can be sent as a link or a code and saved as someone else's.

Circles

Friends, a team or a clinic in the same space.

Start together

You begin on the same second, wherever you are. Same protocol, same moment.
